I found those comat specific shelf exams helped a lot when trying to pass my comats and was in a time pinch. I took the EM COMAT a few months ago, I used just the COMBANK question bank. It's a pretty heavy memory based sort of thing: memorizing antidotes, trigger words for emergency procedures, etc. If you're pursuing EM, EMRA gives some nice little booklets of high yield info, but if not, I found COMBANK good to get through! 1.They are pretty close. I was always within 1-2 pts from the prediction either way. For IM I scored higher than my prediction. I will suggest that you just switch to UWorld though. It is a better qbank and I did much better on the COMATs that I used UWorld on. Averaged 100-105ish using comquest. Averaged 110+ using UWorld.
